I have experience tutoring middle school through high school level students as a volunteer, as I was part of the Math Club. I also tutored my sophomore year in college. My SAT Math score was a 720. I am also part of a Youth Group that meets weekly in order to discuss social challenges. I am one of the discussion leaders, and I aide in helping the youngsters open up without the fear of being judged. I believe this strengthens their confidence, and allows them to participate more in class and group activities, thus boosting academic performance. I want to be a tutor because I enjoy helping students reach their full potential in school.

I work full time as an Engineer for the US Army, and I'm looking to tutor after work (5pm-9pm) on the weekdays, and anytime on the weekends. I am very easy to talk to, and have a friendly personality. I enjoy reading and playing basketball/lifting weights in my free time. I also love to learn about new and emerging technologies. I have siblings in high school and middle school, and can relate very well to their age group.
