I am a tutor with experience in various subjects, though I primarily focus on mathematics. Some of the subjects I tutor include Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Computer Programming, Physics, Computer Science, and Trigonometry. I have a strong belief that obtaining a quality education is important for one's success in both life and work. My teaching style reflects my beliefs, and I do my best to show just how important education is. When tutoring, I use real world examples and analogies to help my students apply concepts to everyday situations, giving them a better chance of retaining the information learned. My professional experience working as an Electrical Engineer has made me especially adept at assisting college level students in a variety of mathematical fields. I received my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. When I am not working or tutoring, I enjoy an active lifestyle, including various sports and martial arts. I like to play football, basketball, and baseball. I also study Muay Thai kickboxing. Additionally, my background in electronics has led me to having a passion for designing electronics and mobile apps.
